SimonLenger was founded on one belief: great seafood starts at the source.
After two decades in the seafood industry, specializing in shellfish, crustaceans, and worldwide sourcing, we built a network that guarantees reliability, transparency, and consistent quality.
Today, SimonLenger connects Europe with carefully selected producers across Asia and Europe. One of our key partners is Hasuvimex in Vietnam, the country’s largest exporter of clams. We source directly from regions known for their purity, sustainability, and craftsmanship:
